Our pizza has developed quite a reputation in Plattsburgh. A customer once asked, “How do you make pizza that taste good hot, cold and even better the next day?” The answer is fresh, in-house prepared dough, home-made red sauce and the freshest ingredients we can find. We even shred and blend our own cheese!

The Mean Green

Artichoke hearts, black olives, spinach, plum tomatoes, Mozzarella, olive oil, garlic and Basil pesto.

The Champlain

Pears, spinach, olive oil, bacon, pine nuts and Gorgonzola cheese.

Buffalo Chicken

Grilled chicken breast, Buffalo wing sauce and Monterey jack cheese with a side of blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

The Rajin

Blackened Cajun chicken breast, andouille sausage, peppers, onions, Mozzarella and red sauce.
