True Philly Cheese Steak

A generous portion of shaved sirloin (from Philly), American cheese & your choice of sautéed onions, peppers and/or mushrooms on an Amoroso roll. For those of you not from Pennsylvania, Amoroso is a bakery in Philadelphia and the main source for a true Philly cheese steak roll. With out the Amoroso, it’s just a steak sandwich. Served with your choice of hand cut fried potatoes or sweet potato fries.

The Fiesta Wrap

Grilled tequila marinated chicken breast, diced avocado, shredded smoked gouda, house prepared black bean & corn salsa drizzled with house chipotle ranch dressing rolled in a sun dried tomato wrap. Served with your choice of hand cut fried potatoes or sweet potato fries.

Sesame Ahi Tuna Salad

Sesame crusted sushi grade yellowfin tuna filet, seared rare and served on a bed of mixed greens with carrots, cucumber, wasabi, pickled ginger, red bell pepper & wonton strips with our house sesame-ginger vinaigrette. You can also substitute sesame crusted tofu, if you like.
