Our Double IPA is a “Work-In-Progress-Ale”, meaning each batch will be different from the previous, and that we also run out (from time-to-time) between batches. A fascinating part of brewing is the infinitely possible combinations of ingredients & techniques leading to the uniqueness of each beer. For current ABV & IBU’s see chalk boards.
